Pear-Apple-Raspberry Pie

So I just took a pear-apple-raspberry out of the oven for Christmas eve, and I have NO idea if it will be any good!
I tried using Arrowhead Organic Pastry flour with a cup of cake flower and fior Ken Haedrich's extra flakey pastry, prob with not enough water. The crust was so crumbly I opted for a walnut crumb topping rather than trying to make that stuff work for a top crust. :0)
Oh well, we'll cut into it, try it, and see if it's edible in about 2 hours!
