Nice picture, thanks to Michelle for forwarding that. Is hard these days to capture a skater in motion like that these days, much less back then much more so back then. I do have som spiffy pics of her and your Aunt Ernie all dressed up in tennis outfits, although not in action like this!

I wonder who took the photo and where. I guess I should look up the original this week end.
That would be nice to see Glen any photo's of Mom or Aunt Ernie and Mom together. They were really close during better days!

I talked to Mom today about this skating photo Bob posted and Mom asked me "is it the picture of me doing a twirl in a white skirt?" I said "yes" she replied "well that was taken of me in Petosky". Mom didn't adapt to Reed City but missed living in Petosky, she told me many times, as she had made many friends in Petosky and there was a huge ice ring for her to skate at. She felt the kids in Reed City were very snobbish to her after she moved there to the farmstead and she was lonely allot.
