Thurs 7/22

Today I think Mom sounds better and looks better than since I have been home. It is very encouraging. Also this morning they have capped the external
portion of the shunt in her liver and the fact she is tolerating it well is great, because she won't have to worry about getting around with that external bag in tow. They had said earlier that some patients never can cap off that external shunt and have to have the external bag with them always. Luckily Mom doesn't seem to be one of those.

I think she is coming along as best as is possible all things considered.
